Today's Vision

Dr. Mark was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to thoroughly explain my situation and provided very helpful advice. Hannah was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole visit smooth and pleasant. I really appreciate their excellent care and would highly recommend them!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Mark for several years and he and his wonderful staff always take the time to explain things and answer my questions. I use ortho-K/CRT lenses and they are amazing and he’s the one who introduced them to me and I have such dry eyes I couldn’t wear normal day time contacts but these lenses have made it so I can be glasses free during the whole day as the hard contacts are worn at night to correct the shape of the eye. Nothing but good things to say about them and they have an excellent selection of glasses for kids and adults!

What a wonderful team!! From the moment I called to inquire about a same day appointment, Mary (front desk/reception) was kind and helpful and worked me in same day! Each person I came in contact with throughout my visit, Jenny in particular, was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Chavana was thorough and knowledgeable. Overall just 10/10 and will definitely be back and refer people here. Thank you team!

I came here for an eye exam and honestly had a really smooth experience. Check-in was easy, the staff was friendly without being pushy, and I didn’t feel rushed at any point. The doctor explained things clearly and answered my questions in a way that actually made sense. I also appreciated that they were upfront about options and pricing when it came to frames and lenses. Overall it felt like a well-run office with people who know what they’re doing. I’d come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable eye care spot in Austin.

I’ve been getting my glasses from this optical for years, and I can’t say enough good things about their quality and service. I’ve purchased several different pairs from them, and every time, the experience has been seamless. Their selection is great, the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers. Even after moving to Houston, they’ve continued to take care of us by delivering my glasses all the way here—something that really speaks to their dedication and customer-first approach. It’s rare to find a business that combines excellent products with such warm, reliable service. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at today’s vision gateway! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about my needs. The eye exam was thorough, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The selection of glasses was impressive—modern, stylish, and affordable. The staff helped me find a perfect pair that suits both my prescription and my personality. The whole process was smooth, and I never felt rushed or pressured.
